Requirements

staffing the organization with employees of relevant professions, occupations and skill levels;

define staffing requirements;

interviewing, testing, other activities that help to identify professional skills, socio-psychological qualities of the personnel engaged in their duties, the candidates applying for vacant posts;

organization of events aimed at the induction, rapid adaptation of new employees;

coordination of work on training, training of personnel for development of business careers;

preparing and communicating information on personnel changes related to strategic issues of the organization;

organization of work on certification and evaluation of personnel;

participation in decisions on hiring, transfer, promotion, demotion, the imposition of administrative sanctions, dismissal of employees; consultation on issues related to the implementation of effective talent management;

participation in planning, social development, solutions, labor disputes and conflicts in the team;

registration of labor contracts, agreements;

 organizing and maintaining personnel documentation.
