The Sales Manager we seek will have a proven record of exceeding sales targets PKR 150M to 200M by combining technical knowledge with superb sales skills to provide advice and support on a wide range of monitoring and measurement instrumentation products.
Industrial Products MV/LV Motors & Drives selling experience for North Industry FMCG, Food & Beverage, Cement, Power, Sugar, OEM, Electrical Consultants, Chemicals/Fertilizers, etc.Pakistan North Sugar Sector selling experience to offer complete E&I package including Control System, Field instrumentation, control valves, Motors & Drives and Field installations.Product and Solutions Sales Extraordinary Sales Experience personnel with natural art of selling skills and above experience can also be preferred if they have less experience but above know how.

Five-year history of industrial automation Business generation in numbers PKR 150M plus in Pakistan Industry.Effectively do selling considering the market and competitor analysis and excel in sales targets And opportunists will enter & monitor through CRM.Efficient sales management for clients in Pakistan and maintaining healthy customer relationships with them.Identify and develop new business opportunities as well as creating the Company's brand awareness throughout Pakistan.Develop business plans to increase revenue and maximize margin in line with organizational goals.Would be able to verify solution design, costing & meet commercial proposal obligations through the proposal teams help.Deliver, monitor and report on sales revenue, client contact targets, providing periodic updates on achievement and pipeline.Strategize and lead the company's overall objectives within the defined territory in short, medium- and long-term basis.Take an active part in setting the annual growth targets and ensuring the achievement of it.Manage to ensure effective implementation of processes and achievement of assigned KPIs and targets.Take initiative to work closely with clients on process automation products and other projects related to Avanceon offering.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering.Must have minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in relevant field.Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills.Proactive, self-starter with a hands-on approach to solving problems.Strong technical background to include a working knowledge of mechanical & instrumentation relating to pressure control, pneumatic and hydraulic experience is a plus.Actively participate in and provide input into the product development teams and engineering to support market data and new product development.
