Position Title: Regional Security Manager Reports to: National Security Manager Purpose of Job To develop, maintain and implement Security system and processes in line with company policies and standards and provide technical support in security incident and criminal cases in coordination with police/army authorities and related parties, to ensure risk exposure for area of responsibility and all its employees is minimized. Principal Accountabilities 1. Based on security data, conduct risk and threat analyses, establish security systems (equipment, operation, etc.) in line with company security standard which include the identification of technology required and customization with local conditions, to ensure appropriate systems are in place to meet increasing security needs. 2. Manage technical support, monitoring, and auditing in all plant, equipment, and warehouses in term of security system, procedures, and process implementation to improve security and reduce company risks in order to maintain the safety and security of plant, equipment, and employees. 3. Establish contacts and maintain liaison with Intelligence, Army and Law Enforcement Agencies as well as private entities, nationally as well as internationally, for the purpose of obtaining timely and accurate information that may have any implication on the security of the company and in order to gain support. 4. Assess and recommend security related actions to respective functions, including travel warning, residential and neighborhood situation, etc. in order to ensure risk exposure for Philip Morris Pakistan employees is minimized. 5. Develop plan and supervise the implementation of security support for special events conducted by company, including coordinating with Police & Army Institution in order to ensure adequate measures and anticipation are conducted to mitigate against potential security events occur. 6. Manage coaching and development of Management in security responsibilities and procedures, technology and information management in order to inculcate in them and improve their individual and collective responsibility in matters pertaining to security that will bring to company security as a whole. 7. Conduct analysis and recommend input from security point of view in order to ensure the incident management plan meets the security requirement and covers possible security gaps. Provide regular reports regarding security systems and process implementation, security issues, as well as security team development as context of solid coordination for establishing appropriate security system and implementation. 8. Develop plan and supervise the implementation of security support for expatriates conducted by company, including coordinating with Police & Army Institution in order to ensure adequate measures and anticipation are conducted to mitigate against potential security events occur. Manage Expatriate Housing & Movements in Karachi. Skills and Competencies 1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree 2. Work Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience
