1. Plan and execute all digital marketing including SEO/SEM
2. Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
3. Measure & report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROIs and KPIs)
4. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
5. Oversees all company social media accounts management
6. Manages social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction.
7. Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
8. Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new projects, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
