Experience required: Minimum 5 Years, at minimum two years in lead role at a eCommerce / Customer facing role.

• Candidate’s experience must include working for eCommerce company in a lead role to handle Customer and Supplier communications.
• Candidate must possess excellent written skills to be responsible for responding customer and supplier emails and business communication.
• Candidate must possess excellent verbal communication skills to act as escalation (managerial) point person to handle customer and supplier inquiries.
• Work with shipment companies (UPS, USPS) to find opportunities of cost saving and to get best prices to increase profitability.
• Understand how to engage and work with Credit Card companies to represent charge-backs.
• Lead a team to process customer orders and returns and Customer service aspects of business that includes but not limited to Customer satisfaction, customer reviews, offering possible discounts to customers while maintaining business profitability.
• Responsible for hiring, team development and training material development to maintain Good customer experience.
