BCS/BS/BE/BBA or equivalent qualification. 

- 1 or more years of relevant practical demonstrable experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solution with Student Records, Academic A  dvisement, Degree Audit, Self Service, Query Manager and BI Publisher.

- Knowledge of records, registration, and enrollment policies and processes and academic policy trends; understanding of LMS; d  emonstrated data mining and reporting skills and knowledge of privacy and confidentiality rules as they relate to student information. 


- Maintain all PeopleSoft Campus Solutions; set up tables, foundation tables, common definitions, product related, and system administrative tables in support of on line registration, grading, scheduling, degree audit and other functions within the academic system and registrar's office.

- Maintain and train all LMS SAKAI functionality requirements.

- Troubleshoot problems, analyze, and coordinate student records, registration, scheduling, graduation and reporting processes at HU.

- Develop reports for institutional users, participate in activities related to academic data mining, write queries and prepare ad hoc reports.

- Prepare and maintain documentation of processes and procedures; provide, when needed, training and support for the PeopleSoft modules under the responsibility of the academic system and registrar's office, including student and faculty self-services, and other applications that are used in the Registrar's Office.

- Ability to interact professionally with faculty, student and staff as required. In addition to be flexible in nature, have sound judgment with an open and collaborative style that encourages teamwork and cooperation beyond the immediate team to the broader organization.

- Must be able to identify priorities within multiple assignments in a high-pressured, short-deadline environment, while maintaining diplomacy and efficiency.

- Assist with specialized assignments, new initiatives and assist Director of Academic System & Registrar with other duties as assigned.
