Relevant 1 to 2 year’s experience
a) Maintenance of Digitizing the hiring, separation, Leave records of Head Office and Field Staff
b) Process hiring requisitions/approval and issuance of HR related correspondence.
c) Facilitating HoD’s / Manager’s in screening/short Listing of candidates for various positions and assist in conducting interviews
d) Preparation of JD’s of the positions as required by Department Heads
e) Assist HOD in different Analysis based on Employees Records, Organizational turnover.
f) Ensuring enrollment of new inductees on Payroll and attendance machine.
g) Responsible for maintaining Personnel File Management System and Keeping Filing records up to date.
h) Responsible for keep record of performance evaluation reviews of all the employees.
i) Ensure all the HR Policies implemented properly.
