Purpose of the Job:

Support Director(s) and/or Manager and the units employees to create an optimised organisation and business agenda including all related activities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate day to day administrative and operational tasks between departments and operating units
  • Plan,organise, coordinate and support meetings, events, and similar activities
  • Perform general office support to the department (incl Microsoft Office knowledge)
  • Travel planning and management
  • Finance/Cost support
  • Participate in business administration projects
  • Support with relevant communication activities (incl team site administration)

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 - 4 years of experience in a similar role
