• Strengthen customer's Supply Chain (modern and traditional trade) to align with Nestlé’s by close coordination with Sales and customer to continuously review operations, challenge the status quo and workout smart cost effective supply chain solutions
• In term of continuously rationalizing Customers/Distributors ordering/ inventories by implementing EDI,VMI, B2B etc. solutions
• In terms of continuous route optimization and capacity utilization for the customer delivery vehicles and warehouse (Traditional Trade )
• Optimize RTM (e.g. introducing satellite ware housing or eliminating handling agents etc.) to improve flexibilities, operational and cost effectiveness
• Understand Customer KPIs, agree targets with the Customer (Modern Trade )
