Responsibilities
  • To complete all the joining formalities of newly hired staff
  • To establish, maintain and update personal files of employees
  • To ensure that all employee related documents are placed in the personal files of employees
  • To cross verify the cradiantials of newly hired employees
  • To register and upload the data of newly hired staff in Biomatric machines
  • To receive, handle and resolve attendance related problems
  • To advertise the Jobs on different portals
  • To develop a pool of candidtes by contacting different recruting agencies
  • To assist DM/AM in calling short-listed candidates for interviews
  • To line-up candidates for interview in coordination with reception and security Dpt.
  • To perform any other duty assigned by GM HR
