Job Description:

As a part of the Human Resources Department, you will share the following responsibilities;
  • Drive the HR Long Range Plans for 2014 – 2016
  • Support the Operations department to design and implement organization structures and Job Description as per business requirement
  • Develop and implement Recruitment Strategies for Operations and follow up to implement with Recruitment team
  • Drive Management Trainee program for Operations
  • Drive Employee Engagement initiatives using different communication channels
  • Monitor, report and analyze the agreed HR Operations KPIs on a monthly basis and come up initiatives to support the KPIs in line with agreed targets
  • Analyze Training Needs for Operations and develop & deliver the required training programs
  • Support Industrial Relations with in HR to roll out agreed initiatives for Operation
Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelors of Business Administration (Preferably MBA)
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience (Preferably in Operations)
  • Knowledge of Operations KPIs including Head Count reporting as per Charter of Account (FME, SVC etc.)
  • Strong communication skills (English and Urdu both)
  • Should be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Power point & Excel)
