Jobs in Atlas Copco-Logistics Officer

Job description:
Finding reliable suppliers for local non stock purchasing
Getting quotes and making comparative analysis
Generating Manual POs for non-stock local purchasing
Getting necessary PO approvals and placing orders on suppliers
Follow up on deliveries
Invoice follow up, checking and matching with delivery doc and approved POs
Other day to day liaison with these vendors

Experience requirements:
In Local Purchase will be preferred

Knowledge:
A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word
Relevant Market knowledge
Good command in English

Educational requirements:
Gratuate-University Degree

Personality requirements:
Self-motivated.
An effective team member with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A clear commitment to our Group Vision and Values.
Openness to change and proactive.
