Jobs in Standard Chartered Bank-SME Portfolio Manager

Responsible for management of SME Banking’s clientele within designated Branch Banking region.

To work closely with Branch Managers / Relationship Managers to deliver on Mass Market – SME agenda, i.e. build sustainable business with focus on both NTB and ETB clients. For NTB, focus to be placed on quality sourcing; whereas for ETB cross-sell opportunities to be identified and executed with focus on upgrading clients to ME and HV SB segments.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Management: 
Identify and execute cross sell opportunities from existing customer base
Grow client portfolio size by deepening existing client relationships.
Provide advice on potential financial solutions based on identified needs.
Analyze financial requirements of clients and match with bank's product offerings.
Identify and priorities activities to maximize revenue contribution from allocated client portfolio.
Maintain close working relationship with staff and management to assist in resolving SME Banking clients problems and service requests.
Analyze and review potential business to ensure maximum profitability.
Ensure disciplined adherence to set sales and relationship management processes and standards.

Others: 
Collaborate with product and functional specialists to deliver timely and effective customer solutions.
Operate within Risk & Compliance requirements/ framework.
Able to convert service recovery issue into customer loyalty opportunity.
