Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in Large and Prestigious Organization 
  • Minimum 3 years work experience
  • Experience of Corporate Responsibility (CR) OR Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) -- or Experience of Progrm side (Not Operation side) of a Foreign/International Development Sector Organization 
  • University degree from LUMS or IBA, Karachi or NUST Business School -- or Prestigious Foreign University 

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implementing Corporate Responsibility (CR) strategies and programs
  • Leading ongoing and future CR projects of the organization and its philanthropic arm, Employee Volunteer programs; as well as Community involvement initiatives in the education, health, environment and humanitarian areas
  • Sustaining strong trusting relationships with various key internal and external stakeholders including heads of top humanitarian organization  
  • -- Liaising with NGOs and internal teams to identify and develop mobile technology based solutions to challenges in the development sector
  • Managing and overseeing the employee volunteer program; designing and reviewing volunteer activities; recording and maintain results of activities        
  • Facilitating in developing and managing corporate social responsibility content; Informing and updating internal and external stakeholders on company’s CR initiatives
  • Designing communication strategies for CR efforts; cultivating relevant media to project organization as a responsible corporate citizen, including the management of Company's NGO presence on Social Media

Desirable Skills

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in development studies
  • Possess a minimum three years of relevant experience in the development sector or within an organizational CSR division
  • Possess sound written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess good interpersonal skills 
  • Be proficient in MS Office Suite
