HEAD OF QUALITY CONTROL
Textile Graduates / Masters having around 13 years of relevant work experience on executing production QC with minimum 08 years in a leading role.
Head of QC is expected to manage and direct a team of quality controllers to ensure final product is as per customer requirement; be proactive and coordinate effectively with production team to resolve quality issues and introduce strategies to minimize product rejection ratio. The profile further includes managing the laboratory department and specifically monitoring the chemical/dyes testing to ensure quality in the end product.
HEAD OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Master's in Information Technology having around 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure design/operations with minimum 05 years in a leading role.
Head of IT is expected to devise an expert framework for the effective management and control of over all I.T functions. He should have the exposure and ability to execute complex ERP rollouts, existing software management, provide backend enterprise support services and coordinate effectively with internal teams for any specific requirements that are significant for achieving business goals.
MANAGER RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
B.S / B.E Textiles with around 5 years of related experience in monitoring and managing the sample production activities like weaving, dyeing and stitching. The incumbent should display expertise in ensuring that the samples are developed in timely manner and as per customer requirement while being cost effective during the entire process and guiding the research team for developing new products and analyzing its feasibility in production and final product costing.
MANAGER POWER HOUSE
B.E (Electrical / Mechanical) with around 5 of experience in managing the entire operations and maintenance of gas & diesel generators, boilers, compressors & other allied auxiliaries. The incumbent will further be required to devise and implement preventive maintenance systems, ensure the maximum optimization and availability of required mechanical, electrical and electronics equipments with desired frequency and quality.
MANAGER MAINTENANCE
B.E (Mechanical) with around 5 years of experience in maintenance of dyeing and processing machines and allied equipments. The incumbent is expected to minimize production loss due to machine breakdown by developing & executing preventive maintenance schedules and trouble shooting.
MANAGER PREPARATORY MAINTENANCE
BE/B. Tech (Mechanical) with around 5 years of experience in monitoring the smooth running of Sizing & Warping machines by ensuring regular preventive maintenance and timely trouble shooting of machines in a cost effective way.
MANAGER WEAVING
B.S / B.E (Textiles / Mechanical) with around 5 years of experience in planning, organizing and monitoring weaving production, capacity utilization and timely machine maintenance for smooth and continuous production flow.
MANAGER WWTP (WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT)
B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical) with around 5 years of experience in running the WWTP. The incumbent will be responsible for planning and managing the complete operations & maintenance of waste water treat plant and allied auxiliaries.
